Updates to model availability for Cody

Our guiding philosophy is to provide users access to the latest and greatest models, and we review model availability based off usage and feedback as older models are replaced by newer ones. With the latest update of Sourcegraph and IDE plugins, we are making the following changes to model availability for Cody Free, Cody Pro, Sourcegraph Enterprise Starter and Enterprise customers who use Cody Gateway.

We are deprecating the following models:

Gemini 1.5 Flash
Claude 3 Opus
Claude 3 Haiku

And we are also removing the following models:

ChatGPT o1-mini
Mixtral

Impact

Cody Free, Pro, and Sourcegraph Enterprise Starter users will lose access to all deprecated and removed models.

Enterprise customers who use Cody Gateway for model access will lose access to removed models, but admins can still configure access to deprecated models. Please read our docs for more information on how to do this.

Enterprise customers who access models via BYOK or VPC environments (e.g. Amazon Bedrock) are not impacted by this change.
