Deep Search Optimizations, UX Improvements, and Markdown Export
Performance
Deep search now uses better logic to optimize tool call use and response creation. This update lowers latency and improves context handling, enabling more interaction turns before hitting context limits.
We improved the ranking and caching system for @-mentions to match the accuracy of standard search suggestions. This change ensures that file and command context retrieval is quick and reliable. To further speed up navigation, you can now select folders and files from the @-mentions dropdown using the Tab key.
UX improvements
Managing active threads is now more efficient. You can directly star conversations with the icon next to the conversation title, enabling you to pin important context without needing to open the sidebar.
For external integration or documentation, conversations can now be exported as Markdown. You can view the raw output by adding .md to the conversation URL or select the new option in the dropdown menu to copy the formatted text directly.
